My life is a fairy tale to humans. It's perfect, blissful. I get to spend eternity with the love of my life, my only daughter, Jacob, and my Cullen family. All was joy since the Volturi left; no more disturbance, misunderstandings, and war. Zafrina used to visit Nessie most of the time, but, strangely enough, it's been weeks since she had. Oh well, at least Jacob rarely leaves Nessie. To be honest, I'm not so thrilled about that idea but, let's face it, I want to see her happy, so fine. I'll leave it to that.

"Where are we going?" I asked Edward one day. He was driving in my 'after' car.
"It's a surprise," he replied with an almost-singing tone of his voice.
"Surprise," I snorted. He knows how weird I get when it comes to surprises.
"I'm sure you'll have a completely positive reaction," he assured.
I resigned with a sigh.
"Bella?" Edward called. My silence surely puzzled him.
I turned my head. I was right. He was puzzled. Everything about me bewilders him. I raised my eyebrows.
He examined me. Studying my expression. My emotionless face.
I waited, almost impatient to know what the surprise was. "What?" I asked, almost growling.
"Nothing. You're just.. you know.." he struggled to find the words. I have never seen him struggling with incoherency.
"Hmm?" I urged.
"You're just.. urn.. beautiful," he said.
I narrowed my eyes. "Thanks. That's flattering. But I'm sure you've got something more than that."
He looked away. His jaw locked. I was confused by the way he's acting today. It's unusual.
"It's just that.. I'm jealous," Edward finally said.
I threw my head back. Surprised. "What are you jealous about?"
I caught him glance at my direction. The corners of his lips twitched. "You have three really slick cars.."
I scowled. "What are you talking about?"
He stared ahead. I followed his gaze. I found a large thing covered beneath dusty leather covers. Then I realized-
"My truck!" I exclaimed. I looked at him. He looked back, with that half smile.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!!" I said breathlessly. The car stopped already. I quickly jumped down. Excitement along with impatience overpowered me. I uncovered the truck. I can't believe what I saw. The supposed to be rusty red paint, seemed to transform into shiny and dazzling red. Or crimson. I can't be sure. The wheels were brand new. Who ever leaves them untouched? Nobody. Shiny new rims. The interior was more unbelievable. Leather seats, stuffed dices, new speakers, tinted windows and windshield, electronic window.
"Oh my.." I breathed. I turned and turned around my truck. "This is my truck, right?"
Edward nodded. He was behind me all along.
"Are you sure you didn't get the wrong one?"
He rolled his eyes. "You happy with it?" he ignored my questions.
"Of course!" I replied. I stepped up toward him, closing the distance between us. I tiptoed and kissed him. He kissed me back. He didn't need to be careful anymore. I'm as strong as he is. Well, not exactly. I'm still a little stronger than he is. But it doesn't matter.
"I love you," I mumbled afterward.
"I love you, too," he whispered.
"It's a surprise," he replied with an almost-singing tone of his voice.
